The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to the Chester Farmers Markets held on Thursdays beginning June 6 through September 5, 2024 (no Farmers Market for July 4) from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in Chester Park, 190 Willow Street, Chester, CA. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please fill-out the online application (below) and return with the appropriate fees and permits. You are also welcome to pay on a weekly basis at the Farmers Market using cash, credit card or check. If writing a check, please make checks payable to Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce.
Market Fees
Daily Rates: $25 per market day – Fees to be paid prior to weekly event.
Seasonal Rates: $300 for the thirteen (13) market days (one FREE market day). Seasonal payment must be received no later than June 1, 2024.
NO FEE: Vendors who sell products that are primarily fresh food i.e., fruits, vegetables, or meat are not required to pay.
NOTE: All vendors must provide their own tables and shade canopies. Setup of booth/equipment is the vendor’s responsibility.

Lake Almanor Farmers Market 2024
General Information, Rules, and Procedures
a) Setup may begin after 2:30 pm and be completed by 3:50 pm.
b) Vehicles may not be driven within Market boundaries between the hours of 3:50pm to 7:00pm.
c) Setup may occur in assigned booth space only.
d) If you sell prepared or any type of value-added food, you must display a Plumas County Health Permit. Any commodity that has been prepackaged shall have a label stating its ingredients and the name and address of the responsible person.
e) No pets or smoking allowed by order of the health department.
