The Seneca Healthcare District Hospital is a California Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic that hosts a 10-bed acute floor, 2-bed emergency room, out-patient surgery, laboratory, imaging department, wound care services, and a 16-bed distinct part skilled nursing facility.

Seneca Health Care District offers 24-hour emergency services and has a licensed physician who is always on duty when you need them. Gentle, excellent healthcare will be given to you, your family members, friends or loved ones should a visit to our emergency room become necessary no matter what time of day or night.

The Lake Almanor Clinic offers services through the use of Telemedicine. Telemedicine allows the clinic to expand their scope of practices to offer services via video conferencing with specialized physicians allowing the patient the convenience of not having to travel outside of the community. Seneca Hospital Auxiliary is a community organization that supports the hospital in all avenues. The Auxiliary also makes generous contributions to the hospital for the purchase of newer equipment. The Seneca Hospital Auxiliary provides care and comfort to patients and assists Seneca Healthcare District in promoting the health and welfare of the community.
